CM Pop-Up Pro: Targeted WordPress Popup Campaigns

CM Pop-Up Pro helps you create WordPress campaigns using HTML, images, or video. Use the AdDesigner to customize a campaign’s appearance, then choose the display format and audience.

Choose where and how campaigns appear

Display a campaign across the site or select pages, posts, and custom post types. Pro adds targeting for a specific post or page and for specific URLs. Choose a popup, fly-in, or full-screen display. Campaigns are responsive, with an option to turn off popup display on mobile devices.

Use campaigns for discount codes, subscription prompts, advertising, banners, galleries, or video announcements. You can target logged-in or non-logged-in users. Pro also supports forms through its forms builder and forms support.

Set timing and frequency

Set a start and end period or choose the days of the week when a campaign can run. Add a delay after page load, choose a display interval such as every page load or once per page, or show campaigns at random. You can also set how many times a campaign appears to a customer.

Choose visitor triggers and effects

Trigger a popup or fly-in through JavaScript hover or click events. Page-leave intent can show a popup when a visitor moves the cursor toward closing the tab. Inactivity detection can show one after a set number of seconds without mouse movement or typing.

Pro includes custom visual and audio effects, blur or semi-transparent overlays, and adjustable inner borders and shadows. You can customize each popup’s close button, add a sticky trigger button that visitors click to open it, or show multiple popups on one page and control their stacking order with z-index settings.

Use the popup reporting area to track campaign clicks and impressions.

Create a campaign

1. In WordPress, go to Add New Campaign.
2. Enter the campaign title and the advertisement item’s content.
3. Configure the basic visual settings and any Pro display options.
4. Select Show on every page or choose the relevant posts, pages, or post types. Pro also supports targeting a specific post, page, or URL.
5. Click Save Changes.
6. Open a relevant website page to view the advertisement item.
7. Close the popup with the X icon.
