Content Egg Pro extends Content Egg, an affiliate marketing plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce. It imports prices, availability, images, and offers from affiliate networks, supplier feeds, and online stores. Product details can refresh on a schedule, then appear in posts as product cards, comparison tables, price lists, and templates for reviews, buying guides, deals, and WooCommerce listings.
Pro expands the available affiliate network modules and raises feed-module capacity to 50, compared with 3 in the free version. Feed imports support CSV, XML, and JSON. Additional network modules include Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Walmart, AWIN, CJ Products, and Rakuten.
Organize reviews with Egg Blocks
Egg Blocks are more than 25 Gutenberg blocks connected to Content Egg product data. Use them to structure reviews, roundups, comparisons, and buying guides.
- Product content: product cards, quick picks, editorial product mentions, pricing, specifications, where-to-buy sections, comparison tables, verdicts, and rating breakdowns.
- Article sections: introductions, conclusions, key takeaways, criteria, methodology, definitions, myths and facts, pros and cons, FAQs, callouts, step lists, tables of contents, and related posts.
- Conversion elements: contextual calls to action, testimonials, and trust signals.
The editorial product block can mention a real product without showing its price, rating, score, or buy button, so it can fit within a guide.
Give AI agents product and block access
Compatible assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, and Cursor can connect to the site through the WordPress REST API. Set up a WordPress application password; assistant actions are logged. The AI agent connection requires WordPress 6.9 or newer.
In the free version, an assistant can research products, compose content, and show a preview. Pro adds Content Egg write access, so an assistant can attach products, insert Egg Blocks, edit pages, refresh prices, add images, videos, or coupons, and manage modules, settings, and feeds. It can also create drafts, publish content, or schedule it through the REST API.
Automate imports and existing-post updates
Pro supports fully automatic AI prefilling for existing posts, adding product content through an unattended workflow. Content Egg also provides scheduled feed syncing, product imports that create WordPress posts or WooCommerce products, WooCommerce synchronization, shortcodes, and ready-made or custom templates. Other tools cover images, videos, news, coupons, Bridge Pages, click-statistics reports, multilingual publishing, and autoblogging.
