LatePoint Pro extends WordPress booking for businesses that schedule appointments or events. It adds controls for multiple locations and staff, more payment and communication options, and tools for clients to manage their bookings.
Scheduling across services and teams
Appointments can be organized by location, staff member, service category, duration, and availability. Recurring appointments and group bookings support repeat sessions or multiple participants. Service extras, packages, quick time blocking, and a cart for multiple appointments provide further ways to shape the booking flow.
Clients can view and manage bookings through a customer dashboard, including rescheduling and cancellation, and book in their local time zone. Staff can use an agent dashboard, with custom roles such as Manager for administration.
Appointments and event registrations
LatePoint includes event booking for workshops, classes, and other ticketed gatherings, using the same cart and checkout flow as appointments. With Pro, an event can have multiple ticket types at different prices, and each ticket receives a QR code for check-in.
Payment choices and administration
Bookings can collect full payment, a fixed or percentage deposit, or payment later. Payment links and invoices support later collection; invoice, refund, and tax features help manage paid bookings. LatePoint does not hold funds. The connected payment gateway processes payments.
Pro supports Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Square, Mollie, MercadoPago, Flutterwave, Braintree, PayStack, SureCart, and WooCommerce Payments. WooCommerce integration also supports local payment workflows.
Calendar, meetings, and messages
Calendar sync is available with Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar. Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams integrations can create video meeting links for bookings. Mailchimp and webhooks connect the booking workflow with other services.
For customer communication, Pro adds SMS and WhatsApp notifications, scheduled email and SMS messages, and reminders. Custom booking fields and address autocomplete let forms collect information relevant to the service.
Adding booking to a WordPress site
Configure services, schedules, locations, staff, and the booking form, then add the experience with a LatePoint block or compatible page builder. Available blocks include the booking button and form, customer dashboard and login, list of resources, and calendar. LatePoint works with Elementor, Gutenberg, and other page builders; WooCommerce is optional for general operation, with its integration used for local payment workflows.
