Lead Form Builder Pro for WordPress Forms
Lead Form Builder Pro creates contact, registration, newsletter, and lead-generation forms in WordPress. Start with a pre-built template or build a form by adding and arranging fields with drag and drop. Forms can be placed in pages, posts, or widgets with a shortcode, and the plugin also supports the WordPress Block Editor and page builders including Elementor, Brizy, SiteOrigin, and Gutenberg.
Form fields and design
Available fields include text or name, email, URL, number, message textarea, radio buttons, checkboxes, dates, dropdowns, and file uploads. Set a placeholder as a default value, choose small, medium, or large sizing, and customize the header and form backgrounds with colors or an image. The Live Customizer lets you adjust the presentation; field, heading, and button colors, custom CSS, form reset, and custom thank-you messages are also available. Submissions can redirect visitors to a thank-you page.
Submissions and email
Choose whether submissions are sent by email, saved in the database for review in lead management, or handled both ways. Leads are listed separately for each form. Configure separate sender and recipient settings for administrators and users, send email notifications, and set up autoresponders. SMTP configuration is available for outgoing form messages.
Lead tracing can capture details such as IP address, country, operating system, and browser. Pro includes lead export, along with form import and export tools. Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3 and Cloudflare Turnstile provide spam protection. Google One Tap Login, MailChimp integration, and the Lead Form Styler Elementor addon are also included.
Typical workflow
- Select a pre-built template or create a form.
- Add and arrange the fields you need.
- Set submission handling, email notifications, autoresponders, and spam protection.
- Adjust form size, colors, backgrounds, and other styling.
- Generate the shortcode and add the form to a page, post, widget, or supported editor.
- Review submissions in lead management and export leads when needed.
Installation
Upload lead-form-builder.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, then activate the plugin from the WordPress Plugins menu. Create and configure a form, then place its generated shortcode where you want it to appear.
